Our most popular product. We pick the naturally split pistachios, soak them in brine and roast them to perfection. The kernel stays green and the shell turns light and crisp.

Because we roast in small batches close to your order, they arrive much fresher than shelf products.

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, keep in an airtight jar; refrigeration is recommended for longer storage.
